the caps on these look rediculously like subs but the stems have not bruised blue, i am attempting a spore print on two of them but that will have to wait till overnight, i was wondering what they are?
The last 3 images are of one batch and the rest are from another.

Habitat: moist shady areas in woodchips and leaves
Gills: The gill color varies from a white to brownish colour in the larger mushrooms
Stem: White, some slightly brown (i believe from being wet)
Cap: Brownish, caramel colour
Spore print color: Underway
Bruising: No color change was observed.
Location: South east melbourne near f'tree gully

Mate with that kind of mushroom etiquette i shouldn't be telling you this cause you will probably go out and murder a decent patch...
Where ever you find L Ceres your most likely to find Subs...
But next time use scissors please and have some decorum will ya...

there was another breed of mushroom there, but it didnt match the description of subs (wrong stem, gills and cap colour)
And whats so bad about my etiquete? i pinched the mushrooms leaving the "roots" in place where i could and didnt harvest the whole patch

Except for the one on the left in pic # 1. That looks more like http://www.mushroomexpert.com/gymnopus_dryophilus.html

You've picked them fine, no promblems there whatsoever. They're all fully open mushrooms, and there is only one with the smallest amount of substrate there.
Keep hunting, I am still sure that mushrooms in the first find you posted up in the Vic thread contained some that were potentially Psilocybe subaeruginosa.
