What works better for sterlizing a syringe boiling of pressure cooking it?

taking boiling water ad sucking up the water and out do that a few times and draw up the water u want and thats it

this method seems to very easy and reliable:

boil water for 10 mins, uptake boiling water into syringe, allow to sit for 10 mins, repeat process twice, after the second time, allow the water to cool in the syringe, then expel this water into a shot glass, mix with spores and reuptake the solution into the syringe.

Syringes from a sterile packing theoretically wouldn't have to be sterilized, but it's best to be on the safe side. Here's how I do it:

First I boil some water. To this boiled water I add some bleach. I suck this bleach/water solution into the syringe, and suck some air in. Then I shake the syringe well, and squirt out the water. This process is repeated once or twice.

yeah bleach and achol and peroxide will all kill spores
no disrespect mikey but serouis note all the things u r asking r right in frount of u and u should read like we all did u r asking ?'s that r the main things u should be reading befor u start cultivating

I don't think there's a faq for bleach, but indeed, bleach kills spores, that's why I use it :smile: . Of course, be sure you eject all bleach from the syringe before you suck your spore-suspension into it.

A good way of doing it, a very thorough way, is to actually take apart the syrince, boil all the pieces (Plunger, resevior, needle) then take them out with tongs. after the cool, reassemble them, then suck up boiling water, after that boiling water cools in the syringe, thats your spore solution water.

I put a glass of water in the microwave for 2-3 min on high (till boils) and take the syringe and suck up the water with it and sray it out i do this a few times for each syringe and then after i'm done that I wrap them up in tin foil and put the in the PC @15 psi for 10 min to make sure they are sterilized.(make sure when u put them in your PC to put them on the rack that came with your PC and just ass enough water to steam them u don't want them sitting in the water)

Goto walmart buy the latge 40oz bottle (:)) of alcohol for 89 cents or whatever. Suck it up into the syringe in question, cap the syringe eject the alcohol into the cap. Wait 5 minutes. Put that fucker in you'r glovebox with a fresh bottle of water. Eject alcohol, draw up bottled water, eject water x2. Cap the syringe, pull plunger so the alcohol will eveaporate in air. Use in 15 minutes.
