Hi, I was wondering if after colonizing my jars in this incubator would it be possible/effective to fruit my cakes in this with a layer of perlite across the bottem? If anyone has any useful information or advice I would be pleased to hear your opinion/ideas.

suer as hell will. Just remember to drop the temp when ready to fruit.

And put something over the top to keep humidity up.
