Having a 4 hour delay in switching buses at 2am in a town I did not want to be anywhere near, fat Americans who should have bought themselves 2 tickets, Mexican kids making noise in the middle of the night, a very social gentlemen who decided to quit smoking recently, false promises of there being wifi, the list goes on.

The only time I had an actual issue was transferring busses, and I'm still not sure if the miscommunication was my fault or the driver's fault. Luckily it got taken care of before any busses left the station.
I have, however, found every single Greyhound trip I've taken to be fucking miserable. I wish there was AmTrak in Columbus because I would take the train over a bus any day of the week.

Worst thing I have to say is they always stop at McDonald's, last few stops there was no food I wanted. I'm hungry.

Almost to Chicago, then we finally get more than an hour to stop, brab a beer and some food, real chicago deep dish. I slept for most of Iowa lol.

I took a greyhound from Fort Collins, CO to Buffalo, NY
Shit sucked.
43 hour trip.
Stopped in Chicago.
Sketchiest bus station in the US.
Only spot with armed police officers walking around.

Chicago bus station isnt in that bad of area maybe your just new there and not used to seeing armed police .
Your gonna have to walk a bit north but there some ok place around union station which are touristy nothing special around there
