 Flushing / Time - Ideas please

I put myself in an interesting position.
My first flush is coming in (started to come up a day ago nice and small) and are currently around 1 cm in height and rising.
Come Friday I have to leave for a week. Bad timing totally. How long till this first flush is through? They are 'psilocybe cubensis' I realize that I won't be able to get a for sure answer but if someone had to guess what do you figure.
I'm hoping I can get the first flush through, picked and the second ready to go. That way a friend can mist them and air them and not have to do much else.
Thoughts, Ideas or suggestions?
I included a link to a picture of the setup, tonight I'll try and take an uptodate pic and post.

it will be through be then and all u have to do is have the friend tend to the second flush ull be fine thats timing is about right. but how come (if it aint ready it will be in 2 more days) ur friend cant pick them dry them and then ull have a second flush growing and a frist flush dry when u come home

Just a thought but i personally would rather not have a flush going when i am out of town and having someone else doing the work. i would rather have as little as possible growing while they cared for them, that way they aren't as tempted to sample the goods. but then again i am a paranoid person.

Hmm i dunno if they will be ready by friday..
if they are only 1cm high, im thinking they are still little pins.... it might take a bit longer than 5 days..

Here's a pic of the progress.
There's a lot of open space that hasn't started any pins yet. And the pic only shows about a 1/4 - 1/3 of the total box they are growing in.
Supposably they are supposed to get about 6-7 inches tall.
I'd rather not have my friend doing any picking and such, simply because I take more care than he would to not introduce any contams for the second flush. I haven't seen hide nor hair of anything suspicious looking so far... not bad for my first attempt at growing.

Well I found a friend who I trust to watch over the little beggars.
And he won't eat them either ;-)

Quick question..
I notice that in the box (lameO green term I am sure) that pins are growing only in certain parts of the box... Is this normal ? Is there a way to get them to come up more evenly throughout the whole unit?
