WHAT DO U GUYS THINK OF THIS ONE?
No, you need binocular or you will get headaches from keeping one eye closed all the time. Some people get around this by wearing an eye patch over the other eye so they can keep both eyes open, but that sounds kind of lame.

That will work. But amscopes are mass produced chinese models, they work fine but the quality difference between that and a Nikon, Olympus, Meiji, Zeiss or Leica is obvious.
The Nikon from your original post would be much better.
There is a user here called groboclone who sells refurbished Zeiss scopes for a good price. I got one from him in the mail last week and it is excellent, far better than any amscope.
The amscope USB cameras I have seen are crap - poor dynamic range.
A nice Zeiss scope will last a lifetime if treated properly, and there are a lot of parts on ebay so you can upgrade it in any way in the future.
If you aren't sure if you like microscopy or not, a cheaper scope like an amscope or omax would make sense.
Either way, always get a reticle or some way of measuring things. It doesn't do a lot of good to scope things if you can't tell what size the spores and other features are.

I have a trinocular and still only look through one eyepiece at a time with one eye closed, it never looked sharp to my eye when opening both and looking through two eyepieces. and I put in three different eyepiece magnifications which is pretty convenient

Does your microscope have a diopter ring on one of the eyepieces? If it does you can adjust the focus to match the difference between your eyes.
