Found my first Libs! thanks for your help - going to go back to that spot soon.

To be safe, pls could you upload another shot in better focus, showing the mushrooms from the side view?

Does this help you at all? Gotta really bad camera apologies.

1. Armillaria mellea
2. Hypholoma fasciculare
3. Phallus impudicus
4 & 5. Mycena sp.
6. Rhodocollybia butyracea
7. Armillaria mellea
8. Probably Chlorophyllum rhacodes (wlt see further details)
9. Too out of focus, probably a Panaeolus sp.
10. Psilocybe semilanceata.
11. Again no focus, probably Bolbitius vitellinus.

As a matter of course please in future put multiple species ID requests in their own thread and provide more details.

Sorry for getting your hopes up. I still cannot say much for these but the one on the left looks more like Conocybe tenera, and in any event not a lib.

Many thanks for your speedy and thorough response. Advice noted re: future ID requests. I was aware of the poor photo quality with these so didn't want to start a new topic based on such crappy evidence. Thanks again.

I've a feeling there's not much season left in the n-west, so this week is my last push in a couple of promising locations. If I have no luck I will need to rely on the generosity and barter of my fellow humans.

Found another 20 or so at a golf course today. Seems this seasons haul is going to come in dribs and drabs.

5 hours up the Scottish hills yesterday and not one. Plenty of other little brown mushrooms but no libs. Any one else in Scotland experiencing this same drought?

This season has been honkin :frown:

I'd pretty much thrown in the towel but went out today because the weather was nice and bagged about 150. That was from 1 out of the only 3 locations I've managed to find any numbers in and I've covered a lot of ground.

What do you guys make of this season? For me it's been pretty awful.

Wondering if they will just be coming out later, end of the month start of Nov, or will they come out at all

Seems a few of yous got a nice harvest, keep up the good hunting.
