Well it depends on what you mean by ingredients. Is the proper environment an ingredient as well? If so, then yes. If not, then no.

No.  A large star probably contains all the elements of life required for anything on this planet, yet there's no reason to believe simple molecules, let alone life could form. 

In order to get any sort of known lifeform you need a number of other environmental conditions.  At minimum, you need the chemistry to be possible.
