OMG I am so excited, I went on my second hunt today in Melbourne, I spent so many hours beforehand researching everything on here and the net, and I am almost certain I have hit the jackpot! Especially considering they all have a dark blue staining all over them after collecting them.
Habitat: Wood - Found in under trees,
Gills: Light brown, turning blue when bruised, connected to the stem.
Stem: White, thin.
Cap: Brown golden tops, consistent colour around the tops, can fade slightly to a lighter shade.
Spore print color: A light grey. (only 2hours in)
Bruising: Went from white to a dark blue.
Location: Victoria, Australia.

Wow really, this is awesome, so just making sure, they are all Psilocybe subaeruginosa right, I don't want to end up having any Galerina, then again, they have all bruised dark blue.
Could I have a few other confirmations as well, would like as many opinions as possible just to be sure, thanks guys.

They look good to me. If you're unsure of any just make sure they bruise blue. If you're still unsure do a spore print

Now that I found them, do I use the stems and the heads, or just the heads?
Do I dry them out on a piece of paper inside or outside?
Once completely dehydrated after a couple of days, a friend said, to grind them up into a powder, the whole thing, and then encapsulate them. Any views on this or what's the best thing to do, also do they expire, eg not work after ahile?
Also when drying them, the chemicals remain right?
Thanks

Drying is the best way to preserve them. You want to get them 'cracker' dry. I just dry them in front of a fan.
Both the stem and cap are edible. How you consume them is down to preference. Some people make tea, eat them whole, blended into food/drink, put into capsules... just do whatever you prefer.

Nice, I'll ensure I do that.
It's been a couple of hours now since I posted, and now even the ones in the pics that were pretty white, are now all very bluey coloured.
Also UPDATE: The spore print is now a light brown colour, this is perfect right?
