My casing is about ready to harvest the first flush and i noticed some of the mycelium on the surface is turning blue. Is this a bad sign? Is there something i could do to fix it?

It may be bruising from water droplets landing on it. Review your fruiting chamber and look for clues.

If you didn't touch it it's prolly too dry. Just mist more often but do not overwater it (many short mistings throughout the day.) If there isn't enough casing or it's overlayed this may be the problem (not enough water from the casing.)
Yes, this is a problem, IMO, because it weakens the mycelium and makes it succeptable to attack. It should get better over time, though.
Also, make sure the air around the casing is like 70% - 80% humidity.

I was wondering if the blue could be the result of my largest shroom dropping spores everywhere. Is this what it would look like?
