Today I move out from Santa Cruz and take the six hour drive south. Entering into my third year of college in the fall, all this moving around is becomming routine - but it's still a sight to witness the thousands of people, some of whom you've grown quite accustomed to, vacate the city on the hill in the spance of a few days. So many souls drifting around this world, the only constant being change.
Sittin' here on this sunny afternoon sippin' my Carlsberg beer waiting for my ride, I'm grateful for the friends I've made here at the shroomery and back at home where I grew up. I feel comfortable knowing that no matter where time may take me, I'll always have this place as my second home. Likewise with Los Angeles, my closest friends still reside in the greater area and I love returning to the city after extended journies. There is definitely something to the mere-exposure affect, in that familiarity sure does make one feel well. 
You are all such fine people, and life is good. Summer time, and the livin's easy..

Jeje.. Well it's good to see I'm not alone in sharin' the love 'round these parts
Booked it down to San Diego with my buddy Pete this weekend and saw some friend's from high school, hiked on the beach and up through the coastal perserve, ate tons of great food, toured a speaker factory which I'll be working with in the near future, which leads me to starting my own business again .. which I'm pretty damn stoked about
Also takin' a summer class in Business Law which I'm sure will be dry as hell - yet useful. Then it's back up to school to test my will power
I hope all you fine folks have a most bitchin' summer..
