Looking for a Right Wing Political Forum...
    #1628476 - 06/12/03 11:27 AM (13 years, 5 months ago)

I want to compare what's being spouted in an opposing forum and compare it to this one. If someone could help me out i'd appreciate it. I don't want to find a site that is so far right its facist, rather a good mix of indepentdant opinions, right wing opinions and minimal left wing opinions. The reason why i'm looking is to satisfy my opinion that this site is unique (to its credit and dismay).

Try the forums on CNN and MSNBC or links to forums from there. Also the Charlie Rose Show message board is a pretty good spectrum of both right and left without being to far out there either way.

You could try that "Hollywood Halfwits" board, but I think you'll find that the average member there makes Alex look like Stephen Hawking.

I don't think that's possible.

i'll just keep on searching, is this the only message board (for politics) that others are on? This is basically the only one i'm ever on.

This board, and more specifically this forum, leans so far to the left my monitor is tilting.

Only a blind person who can't admit when he's wrong, spouts unsubstantiated drivil, insults people for the same behavior he shows, and refuses to answer the simplest of questions could fail to see it.

Oh..... wait!

Don't you ever get tired of this? Or are you addicted to it? Practically every post you make is about me. Am I such an important figure in your life that you feel the need to do this?

You don't like me. There, we've established it. And I'm really cut up about it. Now could you move on and make a post about something other than me? Just start slowly - go for one post out of every 100. You can still make the other 99 about me if you want.

Actually Alpo, while I think you're a dishonest stooge, I neither like nor dislike you.

For all I know, in person you may not be quite as you come off here.

you have to remember, if you disagree with Alpo you imediatly dislike him. I think it's a result of the instant gratification generation filled with children that cannot take NO for an answer.

Disagreeing with me I don't mind. Writing 1000 posts about me full of nothing but childish insults is where I get the idea you might have a little grudge against old Alpo

He doesn't as far as I can gather, they seem to bait him with that name, although I have no idea what it's supposed to be about.

--------------------
The above is an extract from my fictional novel, "The random postings of Edame".

In the beginning was the word. And man could not handle the word, and the hearing of the word, and he asked God to take away his ears so that he might live in peace without having to hear words which might upset his equinamity or corrupt the unblemished purity of his conscience.

And God, hearing this desperate plea from His creation, wrinkled His mighty brow for a moment and then leaned down toward man, beckoning that he should come close so as to hear all that was about to be revealed to him.

"Fuck you," He whispered, and frowned upon the pathetic supplicant before retreating to His heavens.

We don't insult you because we don't like you. We insult you because it's fun.

Your "enlightenment" didn't last long did it  Two weeks ago you shit yourself and smeared it over the walls on your first 5g shroom trip and considered yourself enlightened. Now you're back insulting people because it's "fun". Sorry son, but that's not enlightenment. You could find any asshole in third grade behaving like that.

How about setting an example with your enlightenment and being kind to people for a change?
