 How long does the THC from a pot brownie stay in your system?

I rarely smoke or eat pot edibles, but last night I had a pot brownie. I'm applying for jobs this summer (just random places like frozen yogurt shops, nothing too serious) but IF I'm drug tested, I want to make sure I can pass. Like I said, I rarely smoke anyways and have a very fast metabolism so I don't think it should be in my system for too long.
Can anyone ballpark how long it'll take to be clean?

At most 30 days .. I've heard 90 days for chronic users, but this may be an exaggeration. It depends alot on body fat too. As it is thc is stored in far cells.
Although I'm not sure the difference in digestion vs inhaliation as far as thc storage goes, but I'd assume it be about the same.
If your a pretty fit guy, and rarely smoke I'd say a week and a half or so. But you can always buy a cheap test kit and check before you take your test so you don't look like a dumbass.
But IMO its usually not worth the expense of giving a drug test for most places unless you have an accident on the job.
Also IMO it is retarted for anyone to have to take a drug test for a job. When our own president doesn't have to piss in a cup 1st. Why the hell should we???? 'End rant'

The sad thing about these drug tests as I am sure most know is that harder drugs like cocaine are out of the system in a few short days, but people who only smoke pot occasionally and refrain from other drugs are the ones getting busted.

You can speed up the process a lot by being active and burning fat. I hdoing ave been able to pass a drug test 2 weeks after smoking by doing this. I am however pretty low on the body fat percentage so take it with a grain of salt.

I've lost a job before where someone was given a warning for showing up to work drunk and drinking at work while I got shit canned for failing a random where a narc screwed me over.
Pretty sure the stoned guy on a back hoe or bobcat is safer than the drunk guy.

the same as if you smoke. well it depends on your body fat, more fat the longer it lingers.

I smoked every day then ate a firecracker with 3.5 of some grand daddy purp on the day that I quit.
Then 20 days later I passed my test for a job. Im pretty thin though.

Thanks guys! I'm actually freakishly skinny, which is definitely a plus in this case. I think I'll be fine given that and the fact that the brownie didn't have THAT much pot in it (:

But a couple days before the test; switch from workout to eating big and lazy fat rentention/hibernation mode; for the cleanest mid-stream (turning the hose of fat expulsion off).

As someone who sells toxicology urine testing I can say marijuana stays in your system 2-7 days for intermittent use and 30 days for heavy users

I'll smoke a bowl if I have a few days off... always test clean 48-72 hours later with dip stick tests.
Just drink a lot of water if you have to pee.
