He did. He tomahawked Sudan pharmaceutical factory, causing a shortage of malaria medicines in entire Africa. The indirect result were tens of thousands of victims.
Later he admited that he was wrong. That factory was not producing chemical weapons.

i would have no reservations about lieing under oath because they make you swear on the bible and the government lies to us everyday. Also if i had cheated on my wife is not a legal arguement so it is irrelevent and i would not hesitate lieing about that either to a bunch of strangers. You cant tell me you would be up there thinking it was their right to know. Oh the sacred oath, the most beloved of all oaths. Its a religion you know.

Yeah its ok to lie when not under oath. Perhaps that should be part of the deal when you sign up to be presidency - No lying allowed! Everylast one of the fuckers would be impeached by the end of their first day in the job!
