BUT WHAT I WANT TO KNOW OR SOMEONE POINT ME IN THE RIGHT DIRECTION... Is there a compost tek for casing? Do I put a layer of compost down then some broken up cakes then another layer of compost? Is there sterilization required for the compost when casing??? Help me out

Yes, either this way, or you mix it in a big tub.

Compost should be pasteurized at low temperatures for a few hours.
For instance at 140?F for 3-4 hours.
