A Couple of Questions
    #1624294 - 06/10/03 07:43 PM (13 years, 5 months ago)

overlay forms from a dry casing and/or low humidity right?

if a casing overlays and you deep scratch wouldnt it overlay once again because all of the casing is colonized?

or is deep scratching just a method to get rid of the dense mat that forms from overlay and once you get rid of that mat and keep at high RH the dense mat won't form again?

once a casing pins you should lower humidity?
wouldnt that make the rest of the casing overlay?

>if a casing overlays and you deep scratch wouldnt it overlay once again
>because all of the casing is colonized?
Possibly. But usualy not.

>or is deep scratching just a method to get rid of the dense mat that forms from
>overlay and once you get rid of that mat and keep at high RH the dense mat
>won't form again?
That?s the goal, yes.

>once a casing pins you should lower humidity?
Just a pew percents, if possible.

>wouldnt that make the rest of the casing overlay?
No, if it?s just a few percents.

thanks for the post Anno and for the link. ive already read the cultivator back to back. the reason for my questions was the mixed results i got on this site, most of them pretty much said what P. Staments wrote but some did not.

do you always have to be an ass to get info round here )
