Will cubensis grow in the straw/grass mycobags?

a friend bought 4 straw/grass mycobags from sporeworks, and injected hawaiian strain cubensis into them. Nothing formed in 3 weeks. He then injected some penis envy and b+ into them thinking it may be the spores that were bad. Still, no growth. Will cubensis mycellium even grow in straw/grass?

would be difficult with spores..

make a few cakes, inject your spores in the jars.. let the jars colonize and transfer them to the straw..then the straw will colonize just fine!!!

but germinating spores in straw is not the way to go!!!
