green spot on my casing?! HELP ASAP

can i just cut this spot out? or is this whole tray doomed? or even worse are my remaining trays/cakes doomed?

Don't cut it, wrap it up in two bags, toss out immediately. The rest of your cakes will be fine as long as its quickly ad cleanly removed.

cut the mold section out and dispose of it and then toss the tray outside and let nature take its course for an outdoor grow

ok its gone. but i noticed it right after fanning.. do you think it could spread through air bourne breeze?

there's a good possibility that it can. Make sure you isolate it from the rest of your trays so you don't risk contaminating others
