Which hot plate debate?

Hey guys, I'm going to buy a single burner for my 32quart PC, does anyone have any experience with either of these? They have the same stats but I'm sure one will be quicker and more efficient.
Broilking 1500 watts for $109
Or
Cadco 1500 watts for $109
They are the same price, if no one has anything to say ill probably go with whichever has cheaper shipping.
There is also this Waring 1300 watt burner for only $88.. A lot cheaper!
I'm totally down to save money, but if the 1300 watt burner will take significantly longer to pressurize my cooker, I don't want it.
What's say you guys and gals??

You don't need any great heat source to get your pressure cooker up to 15 PSI. My electric burner gets turned down to 3 and a half once it has started to let off steam.

This ain't a fucking meth lab. Use these:

Save your electric for the grow lights.
That oven is cool because:
- it holds 2 pressure cookers - it's dirt cheap

Here's some more info, I do not get charged for Electricity or water where I grow so that's why I want an electric burner, and I do about 4 loads is cooking so I kinda want my burner powerful enough to get my PC to 15psi under 30 mins.
