Wow good eye I didn't even see that I was more concerned about the cobweb, but upon further investigation it is definitely trich. Guess I'll start over. But I would still like to have an answer to my 1st question for future reference.
Again thanks

Looks as if the myc may have been starting to peak through, but it also looks like there's cobweb too, pictures are damn hard to judge sometimes.
Just a pointer, I see uncolonized grain spawn on the top, that is one of THEE biggest vectors for contamination. For future grows, make sure you don't have any grain spawn exposed on the surface of your substrate.

very tru uncolonized grain is real bad aslo is help to save a little bit of your bulk substrate for after you mix you spawn in then put a 1/4in to a 1/2in layer of just the bulk sub on top of the mixed grain

Point taken I actually saved some substrate and did that on another tray. I think my main problem was I used store bought composted cow manure and could not get the moisture right I used 50% manure 25% coir 25% verm but it just squished thru my fingers when I tested for field capacity, so I think I got it to dry after adding more verm after days the aluminum foil that I covered with barely got amy moisture on it,
