I plan on growing tampanesis using my hydroshroom. the substrate jars I have has a combined special organic brown rice flour with vermiculite, mineral water, Liquid worm castings and Bee pollen. Is this going to work?

Give it a try. My midwest bags of rye performed very poorly.

well I have 6 jars. I've tried everything mushroom before and some didn't perform as well either. Some will work some won't. Not all will work. If I have 6 jars, perhaps if I'm lucky 4 out of 6 will work without problems.
I just read the thread of the link you posted. not sure why the cakes had to be dried first before chambering it to fruit. I thought once I remove the cake from the substrate jars, it's good to go. It does not even look that wet to me, thus, it's techinically "dry".

thanks for the heads up. I was told before it is one hard spore to work with. My first attempt in mushroom cultivation was with Tampanensis. I failed due to it was a spore print and didn't know what I was doing. Now I bought mines in syringe so it's ready made to go. I'm no mycologist, just an amateur cultivator.

Yeah I'm not sure why they were dried either, maybe it had something to do with producing sclerotia. I've never tried that species. It looks like a very nice grow though.
BRF cakes are pretty hard to mess up, I'm sure they will do fine. They use a lot of additives.
Did they get them to you in a timely manner? It took them about three weeks to get my bags to me. I understand a few extra days because you want them to be fresh anyway.

The spore syringe came within 3 days from the day I ordered it. The substrate jars should come within 1 week. I thought it was going to arrive sooner but the tracking info. was way off telling me it was supposed to arrive today when in fact it's still on the road.
I have to admit the reason why some of my grow bags and substrate jars didn't produce healthy fruits (big and fuller looking fruits), was probably because I left the grow bags and substrate jars sitting around unused from the day I received it. I understand these are freshly made and must be used immediately. I left them unused for weeks, some for months. Now atleast I know that these needs to be used ASAP.

The reason you need to use them as soon as possible is so that they do not contaminate. If they didn't contam than it wasnt a problem.
