So while P.C.ing these cooked wheat berries my tiny p.c. ran out of water at like 80 min and i shut it off right away. This jar tipped over in the pot and sat on the bottom while there was no water in the pot and now my berries look like this

I plan on making mycellium water using agars' technique starting from spores, can i still do that with my berries in their current form lol?

Don't use those.
Redo them until you get it right... Look over whatever tek or walkthrough you're using and make sure youn know how to work your equipment.
Good luck man

It's a bad idea man, with a whole grain you get the surface of the grain as somewhat of a hard exterior, compared to that mess of goop you have there.
That's just begging for some nice smelly bacteria if you ask me. I've done a few jars with clumps like that in them, on the bottom. Not sure what causes it in your case sounds like excess heat.
but basically when the grains get opened and smashed like that, there are far more vectors for contamination. Also, shaking the jar is harder. In my experience it will be hard to get all of that apart, which is kind of opposite of the entire goal of the grains process which is to give you a jar of highly nutritious spawn which will easily break up and be able to be shaked later on in the process.
Your grains should fall freely or with a slight shake when you take them out of the pressure cooker. Otherwise they're too stuck together for me to want to use.
Of course, it's right there infront of you. If you have more jars and spores to kill you can noc it up and walk us through what happens for you. Somebody might learn something.
