air tight lids...

is it a good idea- if my jars are no coloinizing very much and its been 11 days to flip them upside down and losen the lids a little bit, i heard this was a way to get colonizaton to start

I'd leave em.. if there is no colination then there is nothing using the air in the jar so there should be plenty there.

I agree Raedon. But be sure when you're gonna seal the inoculation loops not to stuff the jar completely full with substrate. Leave some space betwee the substrate and the lid, and don't pack the substrate. This way there'll always be enough air for the mycelium to colonize.
