BRF cakes to tray withGT...nice w/ pics * 1
    #16182190 - 05/04/12 03:11 PM (12 years, 8 months ago)

Just wanted to post my first try at spawning brf cakes to coir/verm. This is using  2 cakes in a 1:2 ratio spawn to 50/50 verm, coir in a small throw away microwave dish from wally world.
The cakes colonized in jars in 2 weeks...then let consolidate for 10 days. Then spawned to coir mix and fruited 2 weeks later.

The result: 230 grams wet. Needless to say, I'm very pleased.
Thanks to RR and all of you here! I love this hobby!

:murray:

No need to let your spawn jars consolidate when spawning them to bulk.

Thanks TL ...that certainly would have saved some time. You are one of my favorite cultivators. Just finished some of your LC lids. Also now working with rye grains. Thanks again!
