Are my shrooms still good to eat?

I am absolutely sure this has been addressed up and down before, but I simply cannot find exactly what I'm looking for.
This is my exact situation, please let me know if I've fucked up.
I have a SGFC and a monotub both producing atm, and I've been drying and storing as they pop out more wonderful little shrooms... I've since realized my monotub wasn't receiving nearly enough air, and so the shrooms stopped growing abruptly, but didn't turn black or any other color.. When I went to check on them, they were softer than a shroom should be, and when I cut them open, the insides were already inky navy blue in some places. I assumed that they were dying and oxidizing, but I went ahead and dried them anyway. They had an odor that was slightly different than normal, edging on slightly sourish, but nothing tremendously alarming, and when dried, they lost all the funky smell. Since reading about rotting shrooms, I'm not entirely convinced. There were no maggots, molds, mildews, spots on the outside of the shrooms, anything like that. just dark soft insides.
Here's my dilemma. I have all of my shrooms powdered in one container. Something like 27g, and it contains a few grams of these black middled shrooms. Have I bacterially contaminated my entire stash? and if so, would the dilution and dessication of my large batch be sufficient to prevent dangers of food poisoning?
This is the monotub on the day I plucked all the ones I did. Nothing looks too out of the ordinary to me.
This is a 34g mutant that was particularly blued on the inside of the stem before I chopped it up..
The shrooms in the basket on top are known safe, but the sliced stuff on the bottom is what concerns me. They were that blue from the get go, so I don't think it's normal bruising. I also apologize for the pic quality, I didn't expect to be sharing these with the world!

I've heard of mushrooms growing "tumors" before. Most commonly on the mycelium though. They seem fine to me, they come in all odd shapes and sizes...

So that black inside and kinda sour smell doesn't indicate rot?
