So I harvested my crop a few days ago and tested my stems as substrate, I kinda expected it to take but FLORISH?
I inoculated my jar with karo LC on 5\1 by day two i had two small spots and day three exploded with growth, for a controll i did 1 jar brf, 1 straw and one grass cliping, nothing in the other jars yet

Very interesting!
But, unless you used an isolate, that's a variable. Still excited to see how this turns out though.

I have long wanted to attempt to inoc some seeds but a brick of weed.
I hope it was moldy or something prior to pasteurizing.

sorry was referring to rr's widow post. stems roots and leaves with some verm might make a useable bulk sub.
that is cool though what you did, I would have broken it up more so to have more inoculation points when its spawned.
curious to see how this works out.

thats what i was thinking, after hash tics and honey oil i still have all this root wad and stems, it was either test for sub or rot it for hemp, thought this would be less time consuming
