The seeds are illegal because they are expressly mentioned in the scheduling. The same thing goes for spores in Georgia. The fact that they can grow to form a mushroom that contains an illegal substance gives Georgia a reason to ban them.

Peyote is legal in CANADA !!!

and so is hemp , but only 5%!!! of hemp strains are !!!
all the rest contain to much THC for OUR governmnt and WAY to much for "that dictatorship to the south"(post patriot act)
