What does overlay look like?
    #1617056 - 06/07/03 07:31 PM (14 years, 10 months ago)

What are signs that my casing has developed overlay? I have pretty tall mycelium strands but many of them have developed fluffy mycelium on top of them. It doesnt look matted yet, still fluffy and soft looking, but could there still be a chance of overlay?

Overlay is dry, dead mycelium. It looks like... dry, dead mycelium.

Do a forum search. I'm sure you'll find a picture.
