another good on is Noni juice (morinda citrifolia)
there has been a lot of talk about this plant being used to fight cancer, but it is a polysaccharide-rich substance and would help with the fight.
on a flip side the fruit is high in sugar and potassium and diabetics and people with kidney problems should stay away.

Wildegansie - Sutherlandia frutescens

This plant originates from South Africa, it is being studied for its beneficial properties, among other things it's claimed to have a strong ability to retard the growth of cancer cells and lower the rate of spreading.

Traditionally is has long been used to relive intense pain.

For recreational use it has sedative properties and is used as a cannabis substitute.

All in all the main benefits for cancer patients is slower cancer growth and spreading, pain relief and sedation to relieve stress and improve rest.
