I watched Postal from 2007. It’s stupid I give it 1/10 very little funny parts honestly one of the worst movies I ever seen. The video games so much better.

The Northman  10/10

Damn, this movie is so good! Really intense, really violent but wow, so well done in all of its trippy, epic, intense, creative, brutal, heroic ways. The cinematography is next level. So glad I watched it. Not for the faint of heart!

Watched American Psycho because of the memes. It was disturbing… 6/10

The part where he stabbed that homeless man in the alley and then stomped on his dog had me real close to shutting it off.

Last Night in Soho

6/10

Really dug it early. Loved the surreal/trippy-ish vibe of her going back in time. Up through the first half or so I was having a lot of fun watching it, but it kinda veered off the road for me in the 2nd half of the film.

It was supposed to be a creepy horror film on some level but I really felt that part of it was more corny than anything. The movie had potential but wasted a lot of it with a subpar run to the finish line.

The Happiness of the Katakuris (2002)
Original title: Katakuri-ke no kôfuku

“A family moves to the country to run a rustic mountain inn when, to their horror, the customers begin befalling sudden and unlikely fates.”.
“The Sound of Music meets Dawn of the Dead!”

I don’t know why but I love this stupid movie.
When I found it it was so strange, so ridiculous, and so foreign that it’s all beyond hilariously dumb to me.  The random “toolesque/primusesque claymation opener that they throw in there really threw me for a loop…straight trippy…then progressing into the non animated regular film…ahh haha. :dielaughing:

¿¡A very solid 8/10 Japanese tongue in cheek comedy- lite horror-romance-drama!?

Wild!

Mandy  10/10

Holy Shit, this movie is intense! Really psychedelic, even has some psychedelic drug references too. Super brutal, in a badass, metal way. Its Far out man! If you turn a datura trip into a movie, this would be it. Probably my favorite part of the movie was the music and Sound Effects. Really unique and detailed! Turn up the sound for this flick. Warning: Not for the faint of Heart!

Green Book - 9/10. It was a little annoying to watch it at the beginning cause my firestick was constantly buffering but this article helped me to solve the problem and I really enjoyed the movie. Humor, actors, the story itself - everything was perfect in my opinion. I think few years ago Green book got few Oscars if I remember that right.

Berry Gordy’s The Last Dragon. I give it 10/10 but that’s only because it’s my favorite movie. Very inspirational. It’s a good balance of cheesy, funny and serious.

Still working on seeing every Kubrick movie

The Killing (1956)

This one influenced pretty much every heist movie that came after. Perfect film 10/10

Paths of Glory (1957)

Kubrick makes another war movie where its like 2 movies in one. Great ww1 battle sequence, in the days before CGI 9/10 fucking fantastic

Nice. I need to see Barry Lyndon but i don't want to download some compressed torrent i am going to wait until i can afford Criterion blu ray.

Everything Everywhere All at Once (2022)

8/10
So far my favorite movie of 2022, i haven't seen too many yet though. Chinese woman has the power to travel to any possible multiverse world, it was actually really good and trippy and also hit me in the feels, which is hard to do as my heart is made of stone
