Jurassic World - 75/100
It was entertaining. Nothing amazing, but I enjoyed it. It seemed like there was a few subliminal messages beneath the entertainment. Stuff that kids might miss, but adults would maybe think about. Overall, I'm just happy I was able to see another Jurassic Park.

Care to explain why? Were you not entertained at all?
I mean, I know it's filled with continuity errors and plot holes and the whole 9. Weird character development, I could go on. Dumb shit happened, like lighting matches not long after jumping from a waterfall.
When it comes to these big budget family oriented movies, I don't expect any thing but eye candy. Hell, even the dinosaurs themselves are wrong from what we know about their bone structures. For example, Raptors weren't very large, at all. Potentially had feathers, etc...
There was some really cool shots, though. To me, the movie was supposed to be simple and entertaining, and it delivered on the premise of what would potentially happen if you opened a full functioning dinosaur theme park. Simple as that. Like, it wasn't trying to impact/leave you with some major political or philosophical message, like Apocalypse Now or something classic.

Its over rated The thing I didnt like about it was that it has the same plot, the same boring characters as the first one. Instead of jurassic park, its jurassic world. Most of the plot and character personalities are almost identical. The dinosaurs looked like shit. The cgi looks outdated. The animatronix which were beautifully done were covered with horrible cgi. The dialogue was atrocious. I would go into more but I dont want to put any spoilers.

Lone Survivor- true account of Marcus Luttrell's unit in Afghanistan whilst conducting "Operation Redwings". 10/10.
As a Combat Veteran, the movie struck an emotional response from me, the men and women of the Armed Forces are all heroes.
We need to support our heroes.

@djMako
You should look up the movie Wassup Rockers. That's a movie that deserves a score like 3/10.
Watch that, and you'll be like "Jurassic World was pretty good".

Ive seen some awful movies in my time and Jurassic world is one of them. Seems like some people are getting offended I dont like that over rated piece of garbage.
"Jurrasic Park is still my favorite" - Steven Spielberg
There is a reason why the first one is his favorite. Because it's original.

Yeah dude, I'm sooo offended. You really did it this time!....
No, I was just curious why you gave a decent movie such a horrible score. 3/10 means COMPLETE SHIT.
Jurassic Park is still my favorite of the series, too. Doesn't mean I wasn't able to enjoy a new premise on the series, despite being a family centered adventure flick.
To me, your score is hyperbole. You just wanted to criticize JW extra hard to get your point across, when you know it's really a 5 or 6. There's waaay worse movies out there, and by your logic and scoring, those extra shitty movies out there only have 2 spots lower than JW on the scale. That's bullshit. Once again, hyperbole. For future references, I'll know whos review NOT to take into consideration.

Inside out
8/10
This movie is original and goes into metaphysical thinking and abstract thought too elaborate for a childs mind.
Probably the best kids film i've seen since big hero 6

Jurassic World- 5/10
They could've called the movie Mercedes Benz World for how many logos they threw up in your face.
It also referenced itself way too much.

The overnighters 0/10
Just everything about the movie made me hate the guy they were doing the documentary about. Basically its a documentary about a priest in Williston ND who is taking in all these homeless oil workers who are migrating there to work in the fracking industry. Not only does this man do this against the entire town's will, he takes in sex offenders and other felons, telling them he loves them only to kick them out when he really gets to know them. also he seems oblivious to how bad fracking is in general.
