I looked at my san pedro cactus this evening to find some mushrooms growing near the base of it.  Kind of cool looking if I don't say so myself!  I guess they're getting along good since they both seem to be happy!  :wink:

Not sure what kind of mushrooms they are but they make for a nice photo.  :smile:

Beautiful photos!!

That mushroom is a Coprinus, species would most likely be a micaceus. They do appear to look like the species Plicatilis.

The genus Coprinus has over 200 species in it... many of them are extremely similar.

Thanks for the identification angryshroom!    They're very small shrooms and those photos were taken with the macro on.  I should try to get some better focused shots before they dry up and shrivel to nothing.
