I find this game to be really trippy, and the storyline is amazing. It also brings me back to a time and a place when life was great... good memories. I'm going to dose alone next week.. 2.5 grams.. and play this game in a completely dark but blacklit room. Does this sound like a good idea? How many other people like this game? the whole game reminds me of a crazy trip... lol

You know what would be better? Turn the videogame - and even the blacklight off! Being alone in the dark = crazy trip. If you insist on playing the game at least be sure you have some other stuff to do if you get bored.

ff7? yuck...no thx...not a fan of most rpgs so this is prolly why I don't care for it...but gaming while shroomin can be fun...I find mostly games involving reflexs tho and not a lot of thinking...racing games are sweet(specially any of the gran turismo games) and fps's(unreal tournament)

i once watched the final fantasy movie whilst tripping on mushrooms, in a friends cinema set-up complete with surround sound...i felt like i was living and breathing the movie!!! another good one to watch is what dreams may come with robin williams...i know it sounds like a strange pick but the story line takes on a whole new level when your tripping!!

I had other stuff to do. FF7 blows my mind sober, I just want to experience it tripping.
I figured I'd only play it for two or three hours, then just... accept the day as it happens.

yea its got a good story, and its a really good game. But ur not gonna beat the game in 1 trip therefore ur not gonna take in the whole story in 1 trip. Plus it would involve thinking which u dont really want to do when u trip. Ull prably end up just turning the game off.

FF7 is a good game if even u dont like rpg's but def not a good game to trip on, if you insist on playing a game try to get a graphic fighting game. WAAAYAAAAH

it's fuckin crazy that i see a ff7 post... cause i just started playing it after like 6 years. I didnt play it much back in the day, but my gf's house is really boring when i go over there for the weekends, but man, it's like a crack addiction. The story line get's old however, and if you die and have to repeat a big long story again, it get's really annoying.
i'm at the part where the cat/lion guy is at his home town.

I've tried a few FF games and didnt like them at all. I prefer games like Baldurs Gate or better yet - pen and paper RPGs. Impossible to play when high or tripping though.

thats cuz none of the final fantasies are actually rpg's, while chrono cross/trigger are 2 of the only ones i've ever seen. Not that i mind. the ff games are great, just not real rpg's.

an rpg is a role playing game, where you assume the role of the game, and control the plot, to a certain extent. in the ff games, you cant control anything. the game is linear. chrono trigger, and chrono cross are both very non-linear games. so is legend of mana, but i cant get my hands on that, so blah.
i think of FF games as action/adventure, cause thats what they are, with the element of aquiring experience thrown in. almost any game with multiple endings is an rpg
