I'd recomend reading a few of the bulk teks to get a feel for what you might wana try. You could get some killer bulk monotubs going with what you got.

All looks good. You've still got a long road ahead of you from spore to harvest!
- As for your questions - Good start, just get things as you need them, don't worry about having EVERYthing ready. - Ratio depends on the size of your tub. Most likely you will use ~4-6 qts per 15-20 gallon tub but its really up to you. - I find that garbarge bag (or thicker painter's cover) with duck tape to hold it works the best. I don't like the idea of chemicals (paint) being at the bottom of my substrate. - Be Happy with whatever you get. - Not a problem as far as I know. - Your schedule doesnt seem like a problem. After you inoculate your jars its just ~10-14 days of doing nothing. When you spawn to a tub; 10-14 days of waiting. When you finally open the holes and try to fruit you should have a timer set up for automation.

Also found out myself that 70 iso is better than 91 for sterlizing things. Its bc it tricks cells that otherwise wouldnt allow alcohol to penetrate it. Then when the alcohol evaps, it kills the cell. Think RR said that in his notes posted here somewhere.

as far as the 70% being more effective then 91%. like a lil confirmation on this. and if so. well .) now have plenty of 91 to clean pieces.

as for the cooler you could use it to pasturize coir and verm.
I have a 16 quart insulated lunchbox that I pasturize in. it retains heat very well on average losing 10° F per hour, takes about 3 hours to get from 200-170. I just let it cool over night.
also I put a oven thermometer in the drain hole to get a good idea of the temp without opening it.

Everything looks good, here's some helpful links that helped me out along the way. See if they help you at all.
http://www.shroomery.org/forums/showflat.php/Number/11917410 http://www.shroomery.org/forums/showflat.php/Number/14488446#14488446 http://www.shroomery.org/forums/showflat.php/Number/7973880#7973880 http://www.shroomery.org/5276/What-are-common-contaminants-of-the-mushroom-culture
This next link I used just for another Idea how to build a mono tub I don't use WBS as I find that I have more success with Rye and it's easier to hydrate in my opinion
http://www.shroomery.org/5276/What-are-common-contaminants-of-the-mushroom-culture
As far as pasteurization goes RR has a nice video on pasteurization that you can watch on his site
www.mushroomvideos.com
hope these help and good luck. Oh and you might want to get a fan of some sort to put in the room as mono-tubes need some sort of air circulation to help FAE

Oh and to answer your other questions I use duct tape on my bins. I also have a Hepa air filter in my grow room running all the time and I don't know if you said you bought face masks or not. Make sure you get the ones in the medical isle, they're usually right around the ISO.

Holy hell man!! You getting ready aren't you? And I would have to say your off to a great start. You've definitely been take and doing your homework. As far as a fan goes, I would use a stand up one. And don't point it right at your tubs.

I hope that helps you out some. As far as the polyfil goes, you don't have to pc it. Unless your pulling out from cushions that the dog slept on Some ppl do though and some don't. I'm not telling you not to but when I stuffed my holes in my tub(s), I didn't have any problems.

You don't have to sterilize polyfil. It's just a suggestion if you're taking it outta an old couch or blanket.
Just toss it in a jar & the in your PC w/ a grain run. Or, if you want to do it by itself, 20 minutes @ 15 PSI will be fine.

Alright, Guess just wait to see if i do it or not. Doubt I will since its new/bagged poly-fill and like Aids, like to think it wont happen to me.
Quite sure its not any sort of issue but the poly-fill that i have is the "Quilt batting" type. which is essentially the same exact material just made out into a sheet instead of stuffing. Shall it go back and get the classic stuffing. or stuff the holes with this?

its better to line your tubs with black trash bags prior to adding the sub rather than taping the sides, the bag will shrink with the sub almost eliminating side pins through successive flushes.

I've only used the classic stuff. If you have access to it, I say use it. If not, the other stuff will work.
I've use trash bags as liners. They didn't stop nor reduce my side pins. Actually, it made it harder to harvest the side pins due to the bag sticking to the substrate.

Also duct tape is in no way light proof, unless you use 5-6 layers, better to use the bags as suggested above or spray paint the outside with black, far more effective.
Other than that, looks like an amazing room/set-up, congrats on your efforts/commitment.

tape works fine and second flush side pins are usually easy to get to somewhat because of the gap.
but to almost eliminate side pins the trash bag has done me well. if your just doing Damien5050's tek tape eould be fine because coir IME atleast has comparably shit second flushes anyway.

the polyfill is not used to help keep contams out poly fill is only used to keep the moisture in once the tub is fully colonized it will be less likely to contam

They're not light, I can tell ya that. My best guess would be that they're around 20 lbs, maybe more.

Not that it makes too much of a difference (and this is my opinion), but you didn't want to go for the 4in mark? I know that'd be a lot of substrate. And maybe you would end up with a bigger flush Or not (I'd like someones opinion on that). But it sound good for what your spawning to bulk. And that's going to be smart putting in that extra support for your shelves

Some ppl will argue that a mono ends up not being fully automated. I know if you fine that "sweet spot" that it can be. But with mine, I ended up misting some and fanning too. But I also didn't have to do it to much. So maybe I was close to finding that "sweet spot". But I won't know really till I start up me next tubs. But casing, if you've never done casing before, I wouldn't mess with it. It could give contams a chance to get a foot hold in your tub. And that would just sux. Are you following Damion's50/50?

way too much gypsum. 10% gypsum is old info. You want to use the least amount of additives as possible while maintaining the same amount of mushrooms. I use 1/4 gypsum to 1 brick of coir + 2 quarts verm.
