I'd recomend reading a few of the bulk teks to get a feel for what you might wana try. You could get some killer bulk monotubs going with what you got.

All looks good. You've still got a long road ahead of you from spore to harvest!
- As for your questions - Good start, just get things as you need them, don't worry about having EVERYthing ready. - Ratio depends on the size of your tub. Most likely you will use ~4-6 qts per 15-20 gallon tub but its really up to you. - I find that garbarge bag (or thicker painter's cover) with duck tape to hold it works the best. I don't like the idea of chemicals (paint) being at the bottom of my substrate. - Be Happy with whatever you get. - Not a problem as far as I know. - Your schedule doesnt seem like a problem. After you inoculate your jars its just ~10-14 days of doing nothing. When you spawn to a tub; 10-14 days of waiting. When you finally open the holes and try to fruit you should have a timer set up for automation.

Also found out myself that 70 iso is better than 91 for sterlizing things. Its bc it tricks cells that otherwise wouldnt allow alcohol to penetrate it. Then when the alcohol evaps, it kills the cell. Think RR said that in his notes posted here somewhere.

as far as the 70% being more effective then 91%. like a lil confirmation on this. and if so. well .) now have plenty of 91 to clean pieces.

as for the cooler you could use it to pasturize coir and verm.
I have a 16 quart insulated lunchbox that I pasturize in. it retains heat very well on average losing 10° F per hour, takes about 3 hours to get from 200-170. I just let it cool over night.
also I put a oven thermometer in the drain hole to get a good idea of the temp without opening it.

Everything looks good, here's some helpful links that helped me out along the way. See if they help you at all.
http://www.shroomery.org/forums/showflat.php/Number/11917410 http://www.shroomery.org/forums/showflat.php/Number/14488446#14488446 http://www.shroomery.org/forums/showflat.php/Number/7973880#7973880 http://www.shroomery.org/5276/What-are-common-contaminants-of-the-mushroom-culture
This next link I used just for another Idea how to build a mono tub I don't use WBS as I find that I have more success with Rye and it's easier to hydrate in my opinion
http://www.shroomery.org/5276/What-are-common-contaminants-of-the-mushroom-culture
As far as pasteurization goes RR has a nice video on pasteurization that you can watch on his site
www.mushroomvideos.com
hope these help and good luck. Oh and you might want to get a fan of some sort to put in the room as mono-tubes need some sort of air circulation to help FAE

Oh and to answer your other questions I use duct tape on my bins. I also have a Hepa air filter in my grow room running all the time and I don't know if you said you bought face masks or not. Make sure you get the ones in the medical isle, they're usually right around the ISO.

Holy hell man!! You getting ready aren't you? And I would have to say your off to a great start. You've definitely been take and doing your homework. As far as a fan goes, I would use a stand up one. And don't point it right at your tubs.

I hope that helps you out some. As far as the polyfil goes, you don't have to pc it. Unless your pulling out from cushions that the dog slept on Some ppl do though and some don't. I'm not telling you not to but when I stuffed my holes in my tub(s), I didn't have any problems.
