Just out of curiosity i checked the underside of the cake and found several pin's coming out. So i now that pins come there where the circumstances are the best and that appears to be the bottom part of the cake. Now the question is should i flip it so that they can grow strait up or leave it the way it was for optimal condition's?
the left side of the cake in de pic is the underside

Your cake will pin if conditions are met. The sub has to be hydrated, it has to have plenty of air and light. Most times, what I see is lack of light.
Some people stress that there is no need for a larger amount of light but I support the opposite opinion. Using clear plastics is always a good way to go. I use storage totes that I drill to my specifications.
I dont even use perlite anymore. Thats just me. As long as the sub is hydrated, has airflow + a bright 6500 K daylight and can evaporate the water you give it it will fruit just fine.
This also depends on the sub, how it was prepared and if it is healthy.
If the perlite gets funky, it can easily be cleaned and re-hydrated. You can use a tad of bleach solution in a bucket of water. Let sit for 20 minutes, stir a bit and then wash well and re-hydrate. ..
