Im not really understanding your problem. Please explain with less words. sounds like you have contaminants though. with the light green. throw them away! i promise it will only spread.

Off-topic_Questions: - Green mold on 7 casings of Ecuadors: -- Toss em? -- Strip off top layer of casing, place substrate upside down on H2O2 soaked paper towel, strip off bottom layer of casing, H2O2 soaked paper towel ontop for 20 min, mix H2O2 in with new casing and re-case? Will this work? -- What to do to prevent such a contam in the remaining 16 cases?
On-Topic_Questions: - The Ecuadors are in blacklight 24/7, should there be some period of darkness?
- Is it alright that she do _not_ place the new containers in darkness before fruiting?
- Ecuadors were cold-shocked for 18 hours at 44 degrees when star-like pattern covered 3/4 or more: fearing overlay, and living in 86 degree temperatures at the time, should any such drastic measures be taken with the TC's, Cam's, or Mex's living in 69-72 degree weather currently, already having it's air circulated and just forming in the valleys of the casing? -- Also - any other ideas to help induce fruiting in these little ones?
- Is the thicker overlay (but not?) substance on the Ecuadors healthy and the formation of the foundation of primordia/pinning? It is definately soft, squishy, mushroom-esk.
- What can she do to prevent true overlay beyond keeping the humidity low and air exchanges, seeing as how some of the Ecuadors are pulling the casing away from the sides 2-3mm or so... ? (PS-> Little to no control over temperature so far.)
- Any other ideas/suggestions/comments/questions/critisism's welcome - the more knowledge the better!!!
I tried rephrasing some things, but I don't know how much more I can describe the events?! I am attempting to get a digi-cam to work to post some pics...
Thanks again!

I was told something about this project in my sleep, so obviously it doesn't really exist. If it did exist, my cat is doing it anyway!

if your contams are infected with green trichoderma, its pretty much hopeless on trying to 'save' them... although i have heard someone talk about using table salt to combat the green. mushrooms will form and co-exist with the green, but rule of thumb: when in doubt, throw it out.

first 3 days should be in complete darkness. after that, i usually expose them to light 24/7. i get preftec flushes/pinsets. this is my personal experience, your may differ. Quote:

in my experience, the white shit you described is often associated with green trich. im too lazy to look it up right now. the white shit looks 'blobbish' & 'clotty' as opposed to whispey rhizo looking healthy mycelium... Quote:

im overall opinion is that you didnt properly pasturize your casing material, and make you top layer about an inch thick for optimal success.
*if i aint makin sense or i mispelled some shit...its cuz i havent slept

Yeah im gonna have to agree with that vitamink, i think mathematics is making things more complicated than they have to be, dont fuck with the ones that are contaminated, toss em...period....you arent gonna save em, the mold will come back. as for the light question that got awnsered for yas.
