i ahve consulted a refugee lawyer,and im prepared to pay him well.......if they dont let us stay,o well,but my lawyer said that more than likey we will be able to....especially if my wife gets pregnant while we are in canada :smile:

First, get another lawyer. It's been tried and it doesn't work.

Second, maybe if Rono knocks her up they'll at least let your wife stay.

Third if you're foolish enough to believe pot qualifies you for refugee status then maybe Canada is the place for you as every little bit of bad genes that leaves helps to make the US a better place.

I got denied last tuesday night at the NY border. I had to go all the way around and up through Vermont and enter there.

**Edit: After reading the full post, I'll expand my original statement. They didn't let me, nor my friend into Canaduh simply because we'd been arrested for marijuana when we were 18 or 19. Just arrested, not even convicted.
