its sad to think that 3.5 mil in malibu is on the cheaper side .

yeah from the pics it look like to be about the size of a single family 1 bedroom :lol:

fucking sweet layout though, and the landscaping... and the view... :drooling:

And yeah 3.5 million is cheap for malibu.. and down farther south on the coast its a similar story, was driving through laguna beach a few weeks ago and mini-mansions on the cliffs overlooking the beach are going for like 20-30 mill

no clue how big the average 1br is in your neck of the woods but that house
looks pretty spatious and I'm pretty sure they omitted a few rooms from the
photos... all things considered, I bet maintenance on that place would be a
bitch, replacing any of those windows would be a small renovation, several
grand at least and those cabinets dont look like off the shelf home depot
stuff,,, just the kind of place I need to live

everyone wanting to contribute to the "let's buy pris a new house in malibu"
fund please shoot me a PM, I'll even let shroomism stop by and hang out

ya dude, that is a pretty bitchen view.

and if you can afford 3.5 million i dont think the upkeep is much of an issue.

It's definitely more spacious than the average 'normal' 1 bedroom house in the area,
but it is malibu where pretty much every other house is custom
and yeah if you can afford 3.5 million for a house then you could afford a few Gs to replace a window.. chump change..
