oops, I allready knew that, I left out my real question, how can I get my shrooms to tell which way is up, like, do I need to paint the chamber, add a light? whats some simple ways?

some say that food coloring in the water of the perlite(are u using perlite?) will take away the whiteness, thus reducing the risk of making the shrooms confused as to which way to grow.....i plan to try it....
