If the inside of the jars got to 120, its over... About moisture, my jars have always had what looks like water between the mycelium, and jar. I'd say as long as you dont see any major pooling of water on the bottom, your ok. Anyway... good luck.

The thermal death of mycelium occurs at 106 deg.

i let the same thing happen to my jars, let 1 touch my lamp and i left it like that for about a day, killed the mycelium where the jar was touching the lamp and a hella lot of water at bottom of jars, all it was was popcorn so i just turned it over for a few hours to let water get back into the dried out kernals. Had to waita few extra days for casing so the mycelium recolonized the kernals but other than that it was fine.

Looks like it's time for an experiment....I've seen mycelium that has been in temps above 130 and survived......any bets on it making it to 160 before death occurs, spores will generaly be killed above 106 but mycelium can survive hight temps
but it looks like I'll have to break out a few jars and put this to the test now...

It depends on a lot of factors. COndensation is very normal in PF tek. Myc is crazy, it can most likely survive a temperature of 120 degrees, some spores my die, but some will survive. If even 1 survives, it may still germinate. Don't worry. Leave it alone for a couple days and you will know for sure!
