Trippy Intallation Art

Here in Pittsburgh there is this really crazy instillation art exibit going on. Its called James Turrell...Into the Ligt. Anyway, all of the exibits are in the dark and use colored lights to achieve their effect. One is a big white room with red neon concealed underneath the floor which was raised above a second floor and the same went for the ceiling (the lights were situated where you couldn't directly see them). So it was just filled with almost like a red fog. It made every other color look different.

My girlfriend and I both agreed that a room like that would be the perfect trip room. You would be able to change the lights according to how the trip is going. Not very realistic, but I encourage everyone to go check out that exibit because the whole thing is a trip.

The most tripped out place i've gone to while not tripping was a place on the Gold Coast in QLD Australia called infinity, man this place was sick.

There are many rooms like a walkthrough type maze thing, most of the rooms are covered all in mirrors and its dark with little lights. Basically you see infinity reflections of your self from ever angle and somtimes you can look down and see a never-ending pit. Some of the rooms look like a whole universe that youru floating in.

There are probably other things like this around the world.

here's the web site address
