nice, depending on where you are in texas you should have as nice of citrus as we do in socal.

^ Yes! I get 10-15 lemons just at the beginning of spring!!! And they make to die for lemonade.

Cool, nice going! I wish we had a bit of the Texas climate. During summers, I can't complain with my south-facing balcony, but plants like citrus tend to freeze during winter.

@koraks - Yes, Texas weather is nice for citrus and is good for growing most plants..
@IIIIfish - Thank you! Garlic Chives are great, can grow in most decently warm climates, and taste great!! Add some chopped garlic chives on top of steak or chicken and it tastes great. I also sometimes just eat some chives by themselves if I'm bored!

fresh herbs are amazing. plus when you get overwhelmed and they are all ripe at once invest in a few large decent extra virgin olive oil and make fresh infused herby olive oil. great for dressings and finishing.
