Todays Mushroom Patch Find
    #1602656 - 06/02/03 09:54 PM (13 years, 6 months ago)

WEll my camera ran out of battery so I left to go downtown to by me a couple of expensive batteris.

I was by the bus stop at the downtown convention center and there was a few pounds of shrooms growing in the red mulch.

Just LBM shrooms.

So I bought two cheap aaa bateries and went to take a picture.

Here is the two images I took with cheap batteries.

AS I started to snap the image, the stupid water sprinkler came on and began to sprinkle all over.

So here are two images form the sprinkled shrooms

The whole layout more or less:

A close up of one clump

So I get to Ken's Camera shop and end up buying a new 500 Nikon Collpix 4300 digital camera of 4 megapixels.

Came with a battery recharer in it because the normal V3 lithium batteries are $25.00 eah so I scored on this one.

In the mean time I went to visit someone at Greenlake and came back downtown onthe bus and took two more photos of the mushrooms in front of the Convention Center which byt now had become a little water-logged from the Sprinklers which at this moment were off.

Here are the two shots, made withg my 2 megapixel Pentax.

Hehe, cool!  You always have crazy mushroom-finding stories, mj!

That's neat that you got a new camera!  I am going to be buying my own, soon.

Are those mushrooms some sort of Agrocybe, I am guessing?

Peace!

so give me some recommendations that price, and ill probably bid on ebay or ubid so maybe ill be able to get a good deal.
