Balsamic vinager in your wine

Being stoned seems to really change the way I eat, so mac n cheese mixed with indian food all on top of a pizza is a wonderful meal for me. But this morning, after a bowl, I poured myself a glass of red wine, and saw the balsamic vinegar standing right next to it. Somewhere in my stoner brain, it made perfect sense to combine the two.
And the verdict is in - DELICIOUS! God, it's sooo awesome. I'm definitely going to do this again.

I can't find any red wines I genuinely enjoy drinking.

Yeah, they're pretty hit or miss for me. I'm definitely not so into the extra dry wines, but if I'm in the right mood, my taste for wine changes drastically.
But the taste I got from the mix was a nice sweet and sour grapey kombucha type taste.
I'm a huge fan of vinegar though, so my tastes might be skewed. I can destroy a family sized bag of salt and vinegar in 10 minutes, easily.

You need to change them more often.
I got a big kick out of your sig gif the first time I saw it but now it has lost all its novelty for me.
Great gif though seriously. Each phase of it sufficiently tops the ridiculousness of the last.

Alcohol and vinegar go really well.
Especially vinegar chips.

Haha, ewwww. Meat is nasty by itself, but hotdogs are a whole new level of gross. Though I think I might be able to try it with a veggie dog.

Yeah, vinegar and alcohol seem to be made for each other. Probably because they almost always occur together in nature. It's much more natural than a distilled spirit or something.
Vinegar chips go with anything though. I like to eat them on a sandwich.

The dryess of most wines make them really unappealing for anything but a glass or two.

make your own wine, any color you want red, blue, green, purple..... maybe not considered "real wine" by most people but i make wine outta all types of fruit, fruit juices, even hawaiin punch <3. And vinagar and alcohol goes great together, and with a hangover vinager is awesome, ill drink pickle juice, a couple tbls of white vinager or a big salad loaded with balsamic vinagarettte in the mornig and it almost always takes my hangover away or at least makes it better.

I've always associated vinegar as an off flavor in wine indicating that it's gone bad so it doesn't really sound that good.

Well balsamic vinegar is actually very sweet, so it decreased the dryness of the wine, and made it more palatable. I've also got real balsamic that my mother bought in Italy on a business trip. And not in a large proportion either, about 1 part vinegar for 5 parts wine.

Haha, I used to do that when I was underage. I would just go out and buy a few bottles of grape juice, spoon a teaspoon of yeast into each, and then let them ferment for a few days. I would open the cap a quarter turn just to let the pressure out every once in a while, but I still maintained enough pressure to keep any air from coming in. Full CO2 atmosphere, like you're supposed to have.
I've never tried vinegar for a hangover. I've got a chemical cocktail that works pretty damn well though.

Well I make my own wine with yeast nutrient, yeast starter, lavin 71b-112 yeast, 5 gallon glass carboys with airlocks and campdan tablets for when i wanna stop the process. Although i did start out with bread yeast and koolaid = , and I'm not underage, just much cheaper to make 5 gallons of wine the way i want it to taste for 6 bucks, rather than spending 20 - 80 for a litre

That's cool. I definitely don't have the money to really get into my own wine production at this point, but it's definitely something I'd like to do in the future.
These days I just buy cheap liquor
