Reuse Master Jar for Grain LC?

I made a Grain LC the other day, but had a difficult time getting much mycelium from the grain-certainly plenty for enough syringes to experiment, but insufficient in the end. The master jar is about 95% regrown, and while I'd like to give it another week or so to make sure no contams set in because of excess moisture, can this same jar be used for another Grain LC extraction to the same jar I just made, because of the genetics?

Thinking I'll just noc up a rye jar with 2 ml of my prepped syringe and see how it does, and use it for a G2G if it looks good.
I should have shaken my master grain jar before injecting water, I think. Liberating the myc from the grain was a task, and I'm sure that's why my yield was so low. If I can use the original jar to add more myc, awesome, because it's bounced back hard in only 3 days.

definitely shake your master grain before adding water...make sure it is broke up really good, like you would if you were doing g2g

Just wondering-when I PC water for a second pass on this jar, do I need an LC lid on the jar if I'm not actually going to use that jar to store the myc (putting it into the original GLC jar)? I've done my grain lids like TL's lid tek, would one of these work if I only need the water to be PC'ed, then added to the original GLC and not saved otherwise?

Sorry to dredge this up, but I'm wondering if this will cause complications:
I have 9 jars (10, but one is showing senescence) that were done via 2nd gen G2G (MS>G2G>G2G). The jar I used for the GLC (which has regrown with a vengeance...will be making a second pass extraction after getting a 60 ml syringe from a Shroomery vendor) was used for GLC after the first G2G transfer. I'd like to make two tubs with minimum 7 qts rye each. Can I combine jars of the same strain from different generations, or possibly use the rapidly colonizing test jar from the GLC for G2G with these earlier jars without issue? Might seem like a silly question, but I wonder if the myc may be weaker after so much transfer.

It should be fine to use jars from any generation. Why do you think one jar has already reached sensecence? I highly doubt that at the second generation

The jars were G2G'd on 3/2, all colonized within 8-10 days, except for one jar, which does still slowly appear to be trying, but there's a large section that still doesn't have any myc.
