Refinishing smoke damaged wood - oil finish - How?

Ok, so my quest for a bed frame has taken a different direction...
I work in Restoration, and recently had a fire job where we cleared out a warehouse of smoke damaged high end hand made furniture.
Low and behold, it was all going in the garbage yesterday and i obviously pillaged the pile. Amongst other things i got 5 chairs, 4 finger jointed tea trays a massive tent, an oak table top, and best of all, a queen walnut platform bed with headboard.
Looking online, i've seen a nearly identical bed retailing for $2800 - so i am quite pleased.
Yesterday we powerwashed them at work, and i washed them by hand with degreaser in my own time. The chairs and oak table top have a clear coat or light varnish and they cleaned up really well.. However, the bed and trays were oil finished and the water certainly took away their clean appearance.
What is the best way to refinish something which has taken this type of abuse - Can i just recoat it with linseed oil and it will rejuvenate the original finish, or would it be best to sand it down and then refinish?
The bed also has a couple small scratches on it and i would like to buff/sand those out.
Any advice is appreciated.
Heres some pics:

apply a stripper to take off spar varnish, urethane or whatever....then sand, restain and finish.
theres no magic product that you can just brush or spray on and make it look new again.

There is no finishing gloss product, so the use of a stripper won't be needed.
I am basically asking about surface prep - would it be best to lightly sand and then apply linseed oil, or should i just apply the oil?
From what i've read, it will require daily coats for a week, and then coats monthly and then yearly there after.
I do believe that it is possible to fully repair the original finish - just not entirely sure of the order of operations.
I am not sure why you assumed i was looking for a magic one coat product? I am looking forward to spending time refinishing these things and getting some new skills.
I didn't really appreciate the tone of your response, but thanks anyways.

danish oil often is linseed oil without additives.
regular linseed oil is great for teak lawn furniture etc
I like danish oil for interior use.
how did you like the tone of that answer?

Much better, appreciate it.
Felt like you made unfair assumptions in your first post. Not that i mind the input, but i did want to set things straight.
Anyways, water under the bridge, right?
