Cake substrate issue
    #15925518 - 03/09/12 04:51 PM (12 years, 10 months ago)

So I know this is a double post, but most people seem to not check the other forum.

I recently came into possession of 12 pre-sterilized pf tek jars.  I made my own this past week and they look like this;

The jars I just recently received however, look like this;

They both look SO different that I am worried that either these 12 wide mouth jars are not going to work, or the 7 normal mouth jars I did myself are not going to work.

Can anyone shed some light on this for me?  If those wide mouth half pints are totally ruined, I'd like to know before I wait 7-8 days to hope for some growth.

Thanks!

WSHEW!

That's the answer I've been looking for all darn day.

I decided to just noc them up last night anyways, and I've been biting my nails down to nubs ever since thinking I might have wasted a MS syringe.
