Green Mold

This is my first grow and every cake I've birthed has gotten green mold. I'm pretty sure its as simple as getting new perlite and sanitizing my fruiting chamber but I would like to take the advice from people that know what they are doing before I worsen the situation or not solve the problem. The conditions of the cakes are as follows: 99% humidity 75 degrees F on average, I fan the chamber at least once daily and mist it after. None of the cakes had mold on them before I birthed them. Also I have a small fruiting chamber I made for another cake that was ready to be birthed and fruited and the cake in there has been there about 7-12 days and was doing fine until today. It is starting to turn green as well. There are no pins on this one either. The green mold showed up within about 2 days from every cake I put into the main chamber. The first 2 cakes I had put into the main chamber got green mold on it with in 2 days and I panicked and threw them out as soon as I seen it. That did not solve the problem with the new cakes which are in the pictures I have here. These 2 cakes have been fruiting for over 2 weeks. Any advice is appreciated thanks!!! We have no idea what we have done wrong. We have done nothing different from anybody else and we don't seem to be having any luck! We have some other jars that need to be birthed very soon but don't want to until we have this problem solved! Thanks!

Are you sure you weren't seeing bruising? Molds grows fast but it should take more than 2 days for it grow and sporulate(turn green).

It def. isn't bruseing. Its def. green mold. Its fluffy. Another thing is there are pins on one of them although 5-6 days later the pins have not grown at all!

Yes I do have about 20 holes in each side there should be plenty of ventilation. I think I'm just gonna try getting new perlite and wiping the chamber down with alcohol then start over with it.
