Cakes fruiting much better...PICS

I started misting/fanning my chronic tek inspired grow and added some more FAE holes (completely against the suggestion of the tek) and things are much better. There were originally only 5 or so pins for all 4 cakes and now some of them have 10+. They aren't well seen in these shots from yesterday, but the ones which popped up a few days back are growing very nicely.

you should go get a bag of perlite and put it in the bottom of your FC. looks like a bit of standing water in the second and third pic.
congrats on your mushies!

Yeah there has been standing water lately, I'll grab some as soon as I can. I have only seen really large bags at the store.
As for the chronic tek, the idea is to fruit in pint jars and the cake maintains all the humidity (all you do is kick back and watch)- that is, if kept at 74 degrees. There are only 4 holes for GE at the lid, just like in PF Tek. This didn't really work out to well so I've moved to a more SGFC inspired set up. There about 12 holes in each soup container and they're misted/fanned throughout the day.
